Meet April Nelson
After two decades of extensive travel in Clinical Research, I turned to Pilates on the advice of my doctor to manage chronic pain caused by an autoimmune disorder. Within six months of practicing 2–3 times a week, I felt a complete transformation—stronger, more balanced, and more in control of my body and mind.
That experience changed my life. In 2019, I became a comprehensively certified Pilates Instructor so I could help others experience the same benefits. I'm currently expanding my expertise through a second certification, deepening my ability to support a wide range of client needs.
Pilates is for every body. I offer sessions that meet you where you are—no matter your starting point. My teaching style is supportive, attentive, and personalized to your needs—helping you move with more ease, awareness, and confidence.
